The Oasis is a colonial style single family home run by a lovely couple. The home is very clean and well-decorated. It’s truly a hidden gem like an Oasis in the desert. Once you find it, it gives you life!

The Oasis is located approximately 15 miles from Washington, DC. You can drive to the Branch Avenue Metro Station in within 10 minutes. The capital beltway Exit 7 is just a few miles away. There is a bus stop within walking distance. Andrews Airforce Base is only 15 minutes away. Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital is less than two miles from the home. Only a few miles from Waldorf, Maryland. This home is most popular for its centralized location. Great option for locals, tourists, and commuters alike.

This home is central to everything in the DC Metropolitan area. Andrews Airforce Base, Medstar Southern Maryland Hospital, and the Branch Avenue Metro station is very close. Get to everything within 15-20 minutes (with no traffic).

Guest Access

At this time, guests have access to their rooms, eat-in kitchenette with microwave, full Frig, toaster oven. No oven or stove available for cooking. All bathrooms are shared unless there are no other guests. There’s a beautiful guest lounge where you can sit and relax, read or eat at the table. We have a beautiful back yard with a stream. Unwind and have your meal in the open air on the patio with table and chairs.

Nancy, was very accommodating, especially on short notice during the storm, which I truly appreciated. The bed was clean and comfortable, and I was able to get a good night’s rest. Overall, it was a convenient stay when I needed it most. Thank you again for hosting.

I stayed at Nancy's listing for three nights. The room was clean and comfortable. Kevin and Nancy were very friendly and welcoming. The guest lounge area added some nice amenities beyond the room itself, too. I would definitely stay here again.

Find us

Park in front of the house on the street. Street parking is ample, free, and safe. Please do not park in driveway unless you are unloading. Public transportation is very close. Bus stop is walking distance if you don’t mind a bit of a hike.
